About Us

Matrix Manufacturing Company is a plastic thermoforming company located in Princeton, Minnesota.  We manufacture a wide variety of custom thermoformed products, as well the Matrix line of small cargo trailers and trailer accessories.

Since opening in 1994, Matrix has served the after-market trailer industry by developing accessories for all types of trailers including: Snowmobile (or Sport Trailers), Cargo, Landscaper, Utility, and Car Haulers.  These products are sold exclusively through our network of dealers and distributors.

In 2004 we introduced the Rover, a small cargo trailer designed to be towed behind motorcycles or small vehicles.  In 2008, we expanded this line to include the Quest motorcycle trailer.  These trailers are also sold exclusively through our network of dealers.

As a custom thermoformer, Matrix specializes in producing large parts out of heavy gauge plastics. We serve a wide range of OEM markets, including agriculture, recreation, transportation, construction, display, as well as other industries. Materials we work with include:

• HDPE/HMWPE (High Density and High Molecular Weight Polyethylene)
• ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene)
• TPO (Thermoplastic Olefin)
• HIPS (High Impact Polystyrene)
• PETG (Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol)
